Cancellation policy


Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays may occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.


Our politic:


Any cancellation or rescheduling is necessary prior to 24 hours of the scheduled session or service, otherwise it will generate a cancellation fee.


The fee amount will be equal to 100% of the session cost (the total amount of the session)  and in the case of a private event, the deposit would be taken: 50% of the cost of the service, without exception.


If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.


We require that payment for the session be made in full by deposit or transfer in order to confirm your appointment. If you request a private event, we request a 50% deposit to be able to reserve the date and service.


If necessary, cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.


In the event of a real and unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
